Dr. Elizabeth Dania is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner, board-certified and licensed by the state New York to provide family-centered, high quality, equitable and culturally-responsive healthcare to patients across the lifespan. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems. Additionally, she focuses on providing holistic care for clients, which bridges the common gaps between physical and mental health care, beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have 22 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child and adult inpatient and outpatients care. I received my Master Of Science in Psychiatric Nursing and Nurse practitioner Degree from Stony Brook University New York and worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital. I also worked as a Nurse Educator and current Faculty of American Heart Association and American Stroke Association. Now I am working in outpatient Psychiatry providing intensive outpatient services.

Joseph Amnawah is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Long Island, NY who works with clients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, ASD, eating disorders, and social phobias. Joseph has extensive experience with adults, children and adolescents in both an outpatient, inpatient, residential, and community programs and has been a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2019, with over a decade working in the field of psychiatry.

She has broad experience treating a variety of psychiatric conditions, patients from diverse backgrounds and is double board certified in general and child and adolescent psychiatry. Alexander Gumbs, FNP/PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine. Mr. Gumbs uses an integrative holistic approach to treat the bodies and minds of his patients.
