Alexander Gumbs, FNP/PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine. Mr. Gumbs uses an integrative holistic approach to treat the bodies and minds of his patients. He is proficient in treating those across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors). Community focus is his passion. He has experience treating disadvantaged populations, such as the homeless and those in the criminal justice system transitioning back to civilian life. Mr. Gumbs treats those with anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, autism, insomnia, dementia, and postpartum depression.

I am accepting new patients for ONLY FOR TMS THERAPY and NEUROFEEDBACK. (I am sorry--the medication and psychotherapy practice is full.) We at Long Island Neurocare Therapy are the most experienced TMS practice on Long Island. TMS is a, drug-free treatment procedure, although patients can remain on medications that have been helpful to them. It is FDA approved for patients with Major Depressive Disorder who have not had satisfactory results from antidepressant drugs. TMS is non-invasive and NOT associated with any systemic side effects including memory problems, weight gain, or sexual dysfunction.

I am accepting new patients for TMS therapy & Ketamine treatment with Spravato. I am not currently accepting new patients into my solo psychiatric or functional medicine practice. Jonathan Dyckman is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who earned a master's in nursing from Hunter college in New York City. He began working in psychiatric/mental healthcare as a registered nurse in 2014, while he continued his undergraduate and graduate studies. He specializes in treating psychiatric disorders such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia in the adults Utilizing a patient centered approach to provide care based on each patient's unique needs.

Dr. Mouzon is a New York State licensed psychiatrist, certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to joining our staff, she was the Associate Medical Director of the Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Department at Montefiore Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Eyma is a board certified psychiatrist licensed to practice in both New York and Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education/City College of New York (a combined BS/MD program) and obtained her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She has been a staff psychiatrist at Montefiore Medical Center and Yale New Haven Hospital. She has a particular interest in cross-cultural psychiatry and global mental health. She spent two years working in a mental health clinic in the Wellington region of New Zealand providing care to a diverse patient population including Maori and Pasifika people.

Ginger Connolly graduated from Columbia University 22 years ago, obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree. This was preceded by 20 years of inpatient treatment with both children and adults. She specializes in ADHD, General Anxiety Disorders, Major Depression, PTSD and Obsessive compulsive disorders. More attention is increasingly given to Social anxiety disorder which has increased in prevalence with the advent of the pandemic isolation. Age groups seen are from age 5 thru age 55. Child treatment is accompanied by parent training if needed, if Oppositional Defiant Disorder is noted in particular.

My practice is ideal for those clients seeking a combination of a nursing and medical perspective. I am an advanced practice nurse with a board certification in Family Psychiatry. My license and certification allows me the privledge to prescribe medication while encorporating therapeutic modalities. Dr. Andrene Campbell is a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Campbell completed medical school at Loma Linda University in California. She completed adult residency training at New York Presbyterian Hospital " Cornell division and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at New York Presbyterian Hospital " Columbia division. She has been an attending physician in the psychiatric emergency room at Northwell Health and a telepsychiatry attending physician at Northwell Health. She was also the medical director on an adult inpatient unit.
