I’m an integrative adolescent and adult psychiatrist passionate about empowering teens, college students and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and identity exploration to find calm, clarity and connection through a blend of lifestyle-interventions, psychotherapy and medication management. I have a special interest in working with marginalized communities, including providing gender-affirming care for LGBTQ2S+ individuals, supporting those who are neurodivergent and holding space for racial and ethnic minorities struggling with historical trauma and systemic racism.
