Welcome, I'm currently accepting new clients. Are you struggling emotionally? Having difficulty regulating your mood, getting adequate sleep, feeling anxious or irritable, lacking motivation, having problems with interpersonal relationships, or performing adequately at work or school. My guess is that getting started in treatment can be pretty scary, talking to someone you do not know about things that make you feel uncomfortable, sad, angry, anxious, overjoyed, or embarrassed. However, I would like to reassure you that this process is in place to help you to heal.

My ideal client is motivated to improve their mental health, regardless of their specific condition. They may struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, or other symptoms. They want a safe, supportive environment where they can develop coping skills and explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to provide personalized treatment and help them achieve their goals, whether that's managing their symptoms or feeling more content in daily life.
