I'm passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health and well-being. I work collaboratively with patients to educate them about their conditions, help them develop coping skills, and encourage them to make positive lifestyle changes.

Dr. Randolph is a psychiatrist with 25 years of experience and specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults suffering from Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety & Panic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, ADHD, and Schizophrenia. He is a graduate of Rutgers Medical School (formerly UMDNJ). Dr. Randolph completed his psychiatric internship and residency at Rutgers-Newark and his fellowship at Rutgers-Piscataway where he now serves as lead physician on their child and adolescent inpatient unit.
