I am a trained Doctor of Nursing Practice, licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Assistant Professor. I assess, diagnose, prescribe, and treat individuals with mental health needs across the lifespan. I use integrative medicine, an evidence-based, patient-centered approach fusing conventional and complementary interventions together to address the needs of the "whole person." I combine armamentarium of body, psyche, and collective knowledge through relationships and connections within the Universe missioned to unearth deeply rooted issues, promoting healing rather than "band-aiding symptoms."
I specialize in anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, adjustment disorder, couples/relationships, post traumatic stress disorder, grief, LGBTQIA2S+ health, and intergenerational trauma in BIPOC populations. As a former Division I athlete I also specialize in mental health therapy for amateur, elite, and professional athletes.
Each individual journey is unique. My mission is to create a protected therapeutic space, equip you with skills and empower you to achieve your therapy goals through self-awareness. Allow me to assist you in strengthening your knowledge, resources and support around mental health and recovery. Book an initial phone call to unlock this great opportunity!
