Being Board Certified in both Child and Adolescents and General Psychiatry allows for me to have deeper understanding of where we come shapes who we are. Nelson Kwowi, PMHNP- Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatry to serve pediatric, adolescent, and adult clients with mental health conditions. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington and worked at JPS Hospital’s Department of Emergency Psychiatry for 5+ years. He then completed his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Nelson has worked with clients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, Schizophrenia, and addiction disorders. He focuses on providing compassionate and supportive care.

Onyekachi is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career when her last baby was five years old and in kindergarten as an Associate Degree Nurse working at a Post-partum unit in 2007. She eventually returned to school for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University and Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University while working as a Nurse Leader in the Neuro unit of another hospital in the metropolitan area of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr. John Reitano, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist trained at The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania. He has 25 years of experience treating patients in all types of settings including private practice, community mental health, inpatient, couples, and family therapy as well as unique situations involving family businesses and the workplace.

My ideal client is someone who is struggling with various challenges at home, school, or in their social interactions. They may be experiencing mood issues such as persistent sadness, difficulty in forming connections with others, or frequent mood swings. Their needs encompass not only symptom relief but also a desire for understanding and validation. I provide a collaborative approach to addressing these concerns and are motivated to make positive changes in their lives. Ultimately, I will help them to regain a sense of stability, fulfillment, and well-being.

Dr. Melone grew up in Reno and is privileged to serve Nevada residents. She is deeply committed to care centered around the patient and hopes to establish long lasting bonds with each of her patients. Dr. Melone has worked extensively as an adult psychiatrist and a child psychiatrist. A Reno native, Nate attended University of Nevada, Reno for both his undergraduate and graduate studies where he specialized in mental health and psychiatry. He worked for five years as a registered nurse at Veteran's Affairs in Reno before deciding to focus on mental health and psychiatry. He has worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, consultation on medical floors, and a mental health crisis unit.
