I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

My name is Mandi Rhone. I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with seven years of extensive experience in psychiatric nursing. My background includes working in both child and adult inpatient settings, as well as providing care in community mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment programs. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, I immediately began my career in psychiatric nursing at an inpatient hospital. I am the Medical Director at a community mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment center and the Outpatient Mental Health Center.

Marshall James, CRNP-PMH is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the treatment both children and adults. He uses a patient-centered based approach to empower and improve mental wellness. Marshall began his career as a nurse on the adult inpatient psychiatric unit. He has experience working with a wide variety of adults, each with their own unique stressors and strengths. His experience includes people with severe mental illness as well as those struggling with substance abuse. Marshall has gained training and experience working with children and families, as well as adolescents and adults.

Rhoda Ndamukong is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with specializes in Adult-Geriatric and family psychiatric care. Rhoda graduated from Princes George’s community college as a registered nurse with high honors. She furthered her education achieving a bachelor’s degree and graduating with president honors from Chamberlain University. Rhoda also graduated with honors from Walden University with a Master’s in Nursing and Maryville University with a Post Master's in psychiatry. She is dual certified AANP and ANCC Nurse Practitioner. Rhoda's areas of focus are treating the whole spectrum of psychiatric disorders.

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where I majored in the Biological Basis of Behavior and competed on the Men's Varsity Swimming Team. After graduating and prior to medical school, I became a private high school science teacher. I completed my Psychiatry residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in NYC, where I was selected as Chief Resident. During that time, I also completed a Psychodynamic Fellowship at New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I then completed a Clinical Research Fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health with a focus on Depression and Anxiety.
