Our providers have been serving individuals in the community for medication management, psychotherapy, and substance abuse treatment. Clients with chronic mental illness have a high hospitalization rate and poor medication compliance; follow-up with outpatient services is poor for various reasons. ​ Our provider will make weekly visits to facilities to provide services to clients.
