Hello, I'm Justin Mehan and welcome to my profile. I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner seeing adult patients online all over the state of Arizona. I offer very flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, nights, same day), whatever you need to fit your schedule. I'm currently only accepting cash pay patients (no insurance). My rate is $250 for an intial evaluation and $125 for a follow up visit. I can provide a receipt, that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment, feel free to send me an email. I provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, consultations and medication management.
Please note that I don't prescribe controlled substances (Xanax, Klonopin, Adderall, Vyvanse etc).
