Many people are fearful of having a mental health diagnosis. My goal is to reduce and/or alleviate symptoms so those I work with can begin to walk the path of wellness. In order to meet this goal I engage in a thorough 2-hour initial assessment. During this appointment we discuss your history, I order laboratory studies, discuss the benefits of genetic testing, and together we come up with a treatment plan.

I am devoted to helping those I work with develop a new understanding of their patterns, desires, inner conflicts, and pain carried in the body from overwhelming life conditions and experiences. I meet others where they are, embrace their stories, and offer a therapeutic relationship that is nurturing, collaborative, and growth oriented.
