Dr. Chloe El-Atoum is a board-certified general psychiatrist. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY and earned her medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. She completed her general psychiatry residency at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.

During my time working in primary care I have observed significant deficits in access to quality mental health care for both the geriatric and adult populations including patients with dementia, major depressive disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and substance use disorder. I’ve become focused on helping fill in those gaps in care. So often medications are quickly prescribed to manage complex issues that need an interdisciplinary and holistic approach. I obtained my buprenorphine waiver to help contribute to a solution of the opiate crisis which I have seen devastate the lives of people of all ages.

His treatment approach starts off with an initial in-depth interview to get to know the patient and understand what is troubling them. Afterwards he will discuss treatment options which include medication and therapy.

Lovelyne Ngeche is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Illinois; I have two years of medication management experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I manage mental health illnesses across the lifespan, adhering to evidence-based guidelines. Dr. Tahseen Mohammed is a General and Child & Adolescent psychiatrist with over eighteen years of experience, and a diplomate in both disciplines through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Dr. Mohammed completed a residency in General Psychiatry at University of Chicago and a fellowship in Child & Adolescent psychiatry at University of Illinois at Chicago. His experiences include serving as Medical Director of the Pediatric Bipolar disorder program at UIC, Medical Director of inpatient and outpatient services at Northwest Community hospital .
