Providing medication management for both psychiatric and substance use disorders. We work best with people ready for change and believe that if motivated, people possess an incredible ability to grow throughout all stages of the lifespan. Clinical Care is Evidence-Based, ethical and relies on an authentic, and respectful relationship between the provider and patient. Personal growth often occurs in a safe, non-judgmental environment that considers social & cultural influences that impact your health beliefs. We are your partner in health, and believe that you should participate fully in your healthcare treatment goals and plan.
Nature is Medicine. It's how I balance my own Mental Health. I encourage you to spend time outside if capable, even if sitting on the front porch.
Clarissa Juarez, PMHNP-BC is board certified with the ANCC. She has over a decade of experience working in Rural, Urban, Inpatient hospital & outpatient clinic settings. She spends quality time getting to know patients. She utilizes components of Integrative & Functional Psychiatry to target: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, & Substance Use Disorders.
This practice model works best with patients that are open to working toward meaningful change & personal growth. We do not offer "quick fix" solutions to complex, long-standing issues & believe to do so would be disingenuous, and a disservice to patients. We offer treatment that is centered on patients goals and supports diversity in practice.
