I work predominantly with males across the lifespan, from school-aged to older adults. I am licensed in New York and Arizona as an Adult and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. My practice currently however is limited to psychotherapy, health education and counseling. I no longer offer prescription medication or medical care services. I can work with your primary care provider if medication is an option you would be open too. I have extensive experience lecturing, presenting at national conferences, and webinars on the topics of mental health, primary care, and working with young men.
I have been in the healthcare field in military, public and private sectors. I have developed my own unique client-center model by incorporating men’s health in primary care settings, public health, and my own practice, Prescott Men’s Health Center which is now online. Male Veterans Military Sexual Trauma
This is a closed psycho education group for men who self-identify as experiencing military sexual abuse/assault. It is not uncommon for men who have a history of childhood sexual abuse to be more vulnerable to becoming a victim as an adult. An interview with facilitator is required, and is not a guarantee of being selected to participate in the group. Other options or referrals will be provided to ensure your needs are addressed appropriately.
