I seek to provide therapeutic healing of mind, body, and spirit through a diverse set of modalities. No one should have to walk the path of achieving mental health wellness alone. Everyone has mental health, whether it be good or bad. I seek to help those who are burdened by depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral disruptions, or overwhelming stress navigate the path that leads to positive mental health in body, mind, and spirit. Mental Health doesn't just affect the mind, but how one feels physically and spiritually. As a Nurse Practitioner, I look at the whole person. I can also prescribe & manage medications.
I see clients from 6 years of age to geriatrics. Every age group has special needs and different problems. I utilize medication management and equine assisted therapy (no riding). I utilize video telehealth platform in order to see patients all over the state of New Mexico.
Valencia County is a very rural community of wonderful and friendly people. There are times when every person just needs someone to talk to who will listen with an open heart and open mind.
