She has cared for adults and children living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and childhood-related conditions such as ADHD, emotional dysregulation/anger management, learning, and behavioral challenges. NP Mzougui is passionate about the mental health of children and families. She believes the individual or family is the expert on their life, and collaboration with families results in the best outcome.

Dr. Patricia Figgs is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist in the state of Delaware. She is a graduate of University of Delaware and Jefferson (Sidney Kimmel) Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed her Psychiatric Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2015 and has worked in Delaware serving the mental health needs of her home state since that time. Dr. Figgs was a member of the United States Army Reserves from 2013-2021 and has worked on base at Fort Hood, TX and at the Wilmington VA Medical Center, giving her extensive experience in treating members of the military and their unique mental health issues.

Dr. Gable-Stewart believes in creative problem solving as every patient will have a different story and specific problems. Outside of work, Dr. Gable-Stewart enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She has worked in inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, community mental health, assertive community treatment and education. Tiffany found her passion with women's mental health and reproductive issues.
