Email me to book your appointment. We can meet for an initial intake appointment lasting 1 hr- 1.5 hrs (In-Person) or do tele-health to discuss what you are experiencing. I believe in working with my clients as a team to accomplish and work towards meeting your mental health goals. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes long and can be in person or via tele-health if you are in the state of Maine or Washington state.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients ages 6 yrs and older. I value our community and its' mental health. Common conditions: ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Type I & II, Peri-partum Mental Health- PPD, PPA, Postpartum Psychosis.
