Primak, M.D. is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and has been practicing psychiatry since 1973 after graduation from Zaporozhye Medical University, Ukraine. Dr. Primak has completed psychiatry residency training at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY and has extensive experience in treatment of variety of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, chemical addiction, and other psychological disorders.

Catvy Nguyen takes a unique and progressive approach to mental health illnesses. Treatment is personalized, based on evidence research, and encompasses on a myriad of treatment modalities. Kathy believes in the influence of three factors: one's past and upbringing, current life situations, and one's genetic makeup, affecting mental illness.

Compassionate and mission-driven, Carolyn is a dual certified MFT and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has a plethora of experience with outpatient psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based psychopharmacology, and collaborative care within multidisciplinary teams. She is committed to providing ethical and competent services to individuals, couples, and families. She is also dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, advocating for patients, and staying up to date with advancements in psychiatric care.

Welcome to LifeStance! My name is Marita and I will be one of your guides on your journey to wellness. I bring more than a decade of clinical expertise with me with experience caring for patients at inpatient psychiatric hospitals, crisis stabilization units, outpatient clinics and community mental health centers. I'm an expert with psychotropic medications but I believe in partnering with you to create a holistic person centered treatment plan. My plans incorporate complementary and alternative therapies in concert with conventional psychiatry, exercise, and a diet designed for a healthy body and mind.

I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and pursuing my Doctorate of Philosophy in Nursing at the University of San Diego. I am a board certified fellow in Antiaging and Regenerative medicine. I have a special interest in COVID -19 related mental illness and the mental health recovery of athletes with traumatic brain injuries. I presented my dissertation proposal at Sigma Theta Tau International Research Conference in Scotland Summer 2022 regarding COVID-19 in psych naive patients
