Dr. Abid K. Nazeer M.D., FASAM is a practicing psychiatrist with board certifications in both psychiatry and addiction medicine. Dr. Nazeer is the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Hopemark Health and is Vice President of the American Association of Psychedelics. In 2016, he founded Advanced Psychiatric Solutions, now Hopemark Health, pioneering the first dedicated outpatient psychiatric based ketamine clinic in the Midwest. Hopemark Health has successfully completed over 4500 IV ketamine treatments for mental health and substance use disorders in a comprehensive care model.

Dr. Gundu Reddy is licensed in Illinois. Prior to starting a residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine, she pursued additional research in HIV Psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Sarah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, known for having one of the best nursing programs in the country. With twelve years of experience, Sarah is an expert in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and life adjustments. Sarah is empathic and patient-centered. She approaches treatment with the belief that each client is an individual, with the goal of helping you regain a sense of wholeness. Sarah specializes in seeing children, adolescents, and adults.

I am passionate about what I do and I love working with all kinds of people to help them with their problems whether its anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, family, school, marital, work, or relationship problems. My goal is to help my clients feel safe, heard, understood, and to help them reach their goals. I believe in individualized care and treatment as everyone is different and has different needs and aspirations for themselves. I love working with kids, parents, adults, and couples to help them solve whatever communication issues they are having in order to facilitate care.
