Columbia Associates is an outpatient mental health care provider dedicated to serving Virginia and the local area of Aldie. At our Aldie clinic we provide a broad array of services including psychotherapy, group therapy, child & adolescent therapy, child & adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, medication management, and TMS therapy. TMS therapy, also known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, is an effective, non-invasive, low-risk treatment that has shown success in treating major depressive disorder and other forms of treatment resistant depression.

Rebecca has worked in the medical field for over thirty years, with a significant focus on women's health. Her passion for mental health inspired her to obtain a Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a provider, she recognizes that each persons uniqueness and focuses on everyone's individual goals with a tailored approach. In addition to medication she also encourages her patients to take an active role in their journey through exercise, a healthy diet, and therapy.
