I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

I am a board certified psychiatrist. I was trained at NYU and I provide treatment to adults using psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. I use a variety of treatment modalities combining medications, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic treatment. I have experience working with people who have bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, substance and alcohol abuse, and adult attention deficit disorder. In addition I co lead a group aimed at helping people talking about death and become comfortable with the subject. It is my belief that in doing so we can live a fuller life! With over three decades in private practice, Dr. Ruth Anne Richter has extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, attention deficit, and eating disorders. Dr. Richter also has expertise with substance abuse and addiction, as well as dual diagnoses. During your initial appointment, Dr. Richter will meet with you to discuss your history of symptoms and current challenges, and will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your precise needs.

I treat a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, cognitive and memory problems, and persistent psychotic illnesses such as schizophrenia. I have extensive experience treating the lasting effects of traumatic experiences and helping individuals overcome grief. My practice also includes diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders in adults (e.g., bulimia). Although my practice is guided by research on the most effective treatments, I tailor my treatment recommendations to the individual's specific circumstances.

Dr. Pasternak is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist currently practicing in Manhattan, New York and Englewood, New Jersey. He is dually Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and is licensed to practice in the both the State of New York and New Jersey. Pasternak incorporates psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral, supportive therapies, and psychopharmacological management, tailoring his approach to meet the specific needs of each client. Dr. Pasternak is very experienced in treating anxiety disorders utilizing psychopharmacological management in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy.
