Women's Boundaries Support Group
As women, we can often struggle with saying "no" and believing that to be loving means to give of ourselves without recognizing our limits. Then before we know it, we're exhausted and burned out and perhaps even resentful. This group is for women of all ages to learn how to identify the boundaries you need, implement healthier boundaries without feeling guilty, and grow in your relationship with yourself and with others through group support and feedback. You will receive answers to your boundary questions as you work on setting and sticking to your boundaries in real time.

Embrace: Women's Group for Sexual Self-Acceptance
A 12-week group counseling experience for women who struggle with sexual shame, inhibitions, and discomfort with sexuality. If you feel isolated in your sexual struggles and want to know you're not alone, this could be your opportunity to walk alongside other women as you journey together toward sexual confidence and acceptance. This group can support you to: Gain understanding of your sexual story and the impact on yourself and your relationships; create a community where you feel safe and empowered to be your whole self; and embrace positive elements of your identity as a woman and sexual being.
