Witnessing Grief

The New Orleans Grief Center is holding groups both in person and virtually. The format of most groups is 6 sessions, meeting every other week, in which you are led through the process of grief, identifying unhealthy coping skills while learning how to incorporate healthy ones. We provide skills and exercises for you to explore outside of group. The group is an important part to have your experience witnessed, validated and heard.
