Join us for our multi-family DBT skills group where you, your teen, and other families come together to learn essential DBT skills in a warm, friendly, and welcoming group format. We follow the Linehanian Model of traditional and comprehensive DBT. We cycle through all 6 skills module: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Walking the Middle Path. Help your teen regain control of their emotions and learn some great skills yourself in our group! Check out InsightDBT.com and complete an intake request form if interested.
