Trauma PTSD (Women Only)
Join fellow women who are healing, alongside each other you will seek knowledge and recovery. Within this setting you will experience comradery while practicing skills to support living a life of healing. This group has approximately 12 weeks of information, topics include: crisis skills, trauma narratives and challenges, coping with triggers, boundaries, and more. This is an open group which allows flexibility for members to join and graduate on their own timetable as well as create space for alumni to stop in for additional support.
