Beginning Wednesday, January 10, 2024, from 3:00pm to 4:20 pm via Zoom 8-week workshop for Teens Ages 13-17. Topics that will be covered are: • Negative Thoughts • Managing Emotions • Coping Skills • Understanding Moods. We will meet online every Friday Starting January 5, 2024 from 3:30 - 4:50. Some topics to be explored include: discovering your self-esteem, self-talk, peer pressure, facing challenges, healthy friendships. Join our free 8-week support group for adults who are experiencing grief. Together, we will give and receive support in a psychoeducational series created to help you understand, process, and heal.
