ONLINE group. With polyvagal theory, mindfulness, CBT, and yoga principles, join this supportive body-based journey towards more peace and wholeness. We begin with exercises, describe and get support around our experiences, round out the group with more practices and tools, and end with setting self-care intentions. Therapy with Tea
A meditation and mindfulness group that utilizes Cha Dao, 'The Way of Tea’, as a vehicle for experiencing stillness and connection with self and others. Come to deepen self-awareness, learn valuable coping skills, cultivate a sense of inner peace, and regulate the nervous system. Group members are welcome to share their thoughts, challenges, and insights, while also actively listening to their peers with compassion and non-judgment. Participants learn to approach their feelings and thoughts with the same gentle awareness and intention that they bring to the tea ritual.
