A supportive group for new parents. This group will run on a time limited basis, approximately 4 - 6 sessions. It will offer new parents an opportunity in a professionally facilated group to explore their concerns and the stress related to being a new parent.

Woman's Relaxation and Stress Reduction Group
This is a Woman's Relaxation and Stress Reduction focused Group. The Group will meet on a time limited basis, 6 - 8 sessions. The group is facilitated by a professional with the focus on exploration of how your stress impacts you and how to decrease your stress. You will be able to develop and implement a plan to decrease your stress and improve your ability to relax, thus improving your quality of life.

Parent Group for children with school concerns
The focus of this group is to offer education and support regarding issues relating to children and their learning, speech and behavioral concerns in school. Many times schools will share concerns with parents but are unable to offer solutions. This group offers a supportive environment allowing for an understanding of learning differences, knowledge resources and how to help your child.
