Monday Evening Psychodrama Group

Would you like to: Be kinder to yourself or others? Decrease depression and/or anxiety? Understand and change the role you play in your relationships? Increase self-confidence? This group uses psychodrama and action methods to express feelings safely, explore and challenge distorted thoughts, strengthen interpersonal relationships, practice new behaviors, and try on new roles. Psychodrama is an expressive arts therapy using guided dramatic action to create meaningful change. It allows patients to go deeper than traditional talk therapy. New Cycle starts 4/15/2024.
