Mindfulness + Hiking = "The Jaunt"

This is great for people who want to experience the beautiful outdoors and improve their mental health through evidence-based practices. Our group will meet at a trail and do some light hiking, all while practicing mindfulness meditation. You will be provided a headset to discretely receive audio instructions from me while we move along. I pick trails near Bentonville that are not heavily trafficked to maximize privacy. Exercise + Therapy + Friends + Outdoors = Awesome!
