Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills
The Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills group focuses on increasing confidence within relationships of all kinds. Group members work on skills such as: active listening verbal and non-verbal communication responding to compliments and negative feedback from others small talk how to have challenging conversations how to increase intimacy how to make friends how to navigate dating and marriage how to set boundaries and follow-through This is a skill-building group with an emphasis on role-plays and practicing the skills in-vivo.

Authentic Relating Group
The goal of the Authentic Relating group is to help group members gain a deeper understanding of what blocks or prevents them from becoming and communicating from their authentic selves with deeper connection, intimacy, sustainable trust and positive regard. This group guides clients to know themselves in profoundly new ways that are accessible, practical, and engaging. Clients will learn to increase their awareness of their internal experiences and develop a deeper honesty with themselves and with others in their daily lives. Clients process and explore with one another the parts of themselves that they feel need to be hidden in their personal and professional relationships.
