Group Therapy for High Functioning Women
A group for women who are successful in most aspects of their lives but who want more satisfying relationships with people who are important to them. Many tend to put others needs before their own and find that issues from their families of origin get replicated in current relationships, effecting such important things as self confidence, trust, authenticity, and communication processes. Since family of origin issues also get replicated in the group, the group provides a safe place to explore the feelings that get activated and to lean new and more self fulfilling ways to react.

Group Psychotherapy for Psychotherapists
A group for practicing psychotherapists who are successful and high functioning in most aspects of their lives but who want to increase their connection with people who are important to them, and to feel as competent and good about themselves as their many attributes warrant. As in therapy groups for non therapists, members struggle with self image issues stemming from their families of origin, concerns about authentically showing both their vulnerabilities and strengths, and being clear about their needs and the legitimacy of getting them met. Group led with Co-leader with whom I have co-led these groups for 25 years.
