The Circle of Courage is a group designed to achieve developmentally appropriate social skills, including making friendships, emotional regulation, feeling comfortable in a group setting, and behavior management. There are two separate groups; one for children 6-14 and one for teens 15-21.

Body Image/Eating Disorder Group
Moving Towards Body Acceptance is a group for teen and young adult females to discuss experiences and receive support around body image and acceptance, developing confidence and dealing with beauty standards and pressures. This is a safe space to help you build self esteem and a positive view of your body. Group runs from April 18th, 2024-May 23rd, 2024.
