Social Anxiety Group

Group for teens (12 - 18) who struggle with ANY social anxiety, whether it's making friendships, talking to others, being in a group, creating conversation, or avoiding others. The group is led by a licensed therapist who specializes in working with teens and anxiety. The objective of the group is to reduce and manage anxiety, learn a sense of self in relation to others, and increase overall confidence in social situations.
