The 4-week parenting class is to help parents practice Practical, yet Effective parenting strategies in their everyday interactions with their child. Sessions focus on positive strategies to communicate; set boundaries in an effective manner; while also addressing essential ways to take care of yourself as the parent or caregiver in the process.
