I work with clients who struggle with their relationships, anxiety and overall wellbeing. Clients would struggle with their sleep, diet, and emotional regulation. Often feel irritated, angry and frustrated.
Often working with my client's strengths, we would journey together with an individual's counselling and treatment plan. As an art psychotherapist, interventions can include creative thought, problem-solving, cognitive and behavioural shifts and of course self-reflection. I also do enjoy developing realistic, and manageable coping strategies, with clients.
Therapy can be the new, scary, and a daunting first step. More so finding the right therapist to allow into your deepest world can be even more challenging.
