I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut, with Masters degrees in both Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. I utilize evidence-based treatment, including DBT, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based treatment. I take a holistic approach which includes exploring how one's lifestyle impacts mental wellness.
