Hi! I am Carrie Hill, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (Advance Practice) with 8 years experience as an advanced practice provider and 16 years experience working in psychiatry. I provide assessment, diagnosis, medication management, therapy, and addiction treatment services. I work with you, on your team, and listen closely to your needs to develop an individualized treatment plan for those who need help with depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, binge eating disorder, and substance use disorders.
I specialize in addiction treatment with use of some medications such as Naltrexone/Vivitrol, Buprenorphine/Suboxone, and other medications that help assist with motivation and impulse control. Also treat other problematic addictions including shopping, gambling, eating disorders, and excessive gaming/internet use. Bariatric evaluations also provided.
I offer telepsych services where patients are seen through a HIPAA-compliant video/audio format. Providing services in the following states: NC, SC, WV, AZ, OH, ME, CO, & UT. Pending states: NY & VA.
