There is a strong person centred element to the way i work, but I also combine different modalities, according to the need of the individual. I believe everyone has the resources within them to grow and become more fulfilled. My focus is developing an atmosphere of trust, where self-acceptance and psychological healing can take place. We will work together in an environment free from negativity and judgement, where you can safely explore your issues and emotions.
