I'm a Complex Trauma Cognitive Behvaviour Therapist, with many years experience within IAPT services. I am a full qualified CBT Therapist and EMDR therapist. I have knowledge of both low and high intensity therapy. I have supported and helped clients with depression and anxiety disorders such as Depression, Generalised Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Complex Post TraumaticStress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, Body Dismorphic Disorder, amongst others. I can support clients collaboratively to achieve their recovery goals and help with taking control of their mental health and their lives.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a model of therapy that is used within the NHS. I have also trained in EMDR, which I generally use with Trauma and Complex Trauma. Following assessment, we discuss your goals and look at putting together a treatment plan that fits your needs.
I have worked within mental services for the last 14+ years. I enjoy helping people reach their goals. Mental health difficulties, can be debilitating and can impact our lives in a profound way. Mental health is psychosomatic and can affect our physical health and vice versa. I endeavour to help as much as I can to ensure that clients achieve their goals.
