My current passions are focused on helping people better understand and manage their ADHD, work through trauma at all levels, and navigate body image struggles as well as eating disorders. Her interest stems in part from her own journey of getting help for eating disorder treatment and ADHD. Taylor appreciates that although it can be difficult to reach out, she’s also personally experienced the relief and confidence that can be gained through a supportive therapeutic relationship. Taylor helps her clients not only feel heard and accepted, but also ensures they walk away with practical skills and strategies to help reduce anxiety.
Practices include IFS, Somatic Therapy, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method. My methods incorporate both emotion focused work and somatic experience practice, while also teaching clients practical skills and strategies to use in everyday life.
My goal is to offer a safe and comfortable space for us to work on what is most important to you. I work at the clients pace and adjust approaches to client specified goals. I pride myself on open feedback to ensure your goals are being met and you feel heard.
