I hope to provide you with the tools to challenge your thinking and behaviours, regulate your emotions, practice positive coping skills, learn mindfulness, and overall enhance your self-awareness.
I utilize CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered, SFT, chair work, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapies. I work with struggles such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, fears, anger, depression, self-esteem, burnout, grief, co-dependency, relationship issues, perfectionism, emotion regulation, coping skills, and stress management.
I value keeping an inclusive, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Aside from the painful emotions that brought you here today, I work at helping you identify your strengths and sense of self once more.
