Premarital/Pre-commitment Workshop
Any couple in a committed relationship who wants to learn skills to better that relationship or gain a clear awareness of the strengths and areas of growth of that relationship should attend this workshop. Pre-marital counselling can be done privately or in a group. We cover the foundations of healthy relationship, help you to build communication and conflict resolution skills (including how to repair after conflicts), personality differences, values, stress, financial management, intimacy, handling each other's families and friends, and how to build and maintain a strong healthy relationship that will stand the test of time.
