My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you get to know your inner world: including your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and nervous system. It is from this place of safety and connection that we can create a plan to help you achieve what is most important to you. I utilize a variety of strength-based approaches to guide our work together.
