Making Space Again Counselling aims to help people create space in their minds and life. Space to allow you to know who you are, what you want, and the ability to move towards it. I take a client centred approach, with wonder and empathy to understand self and present issues.
I offer support for both youth and adults in the therapeutic setting. I offer support for anxiety, stress, self esteem, anger management and personal problems. I am continually working to support clients with the therapies best suited to them and their areas of concern.
