Is your child having difficulty with big feelings, meltdowns or behaviour difficulties? Coming to therapy can help you understand what is underneath behaviour and how to support your child. Each family is unique and we will work together to decide on the plan to meet your needs and concerns. Situations can range from navigating developmental stages and life changes, to a child receiving and living with a mental health diagnosis.
I have over 24 years experience in pediatrics and mental health helping children and their caregivers. My areas of expertise include anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Tourette's Disorder, PANDAS, mood disorders, trauma and autism. Other areas of expertise are child-parent relationship stress, and using attachment theory to build connection.
As an occupational therapist, I believe in a wholistic approach that considers a person's developmental age and stage, areas of difficulty or concern, as well as their goals for therapy. My goal is to help caregivers and their child build connection, gain understanding, and learn the skills and strategies to achieve their goals.

Toddler to K: Parenting Series (3 sessions)
Does your toddler or preschooler have big feelings, meltdowns, tantrums or behaviour difficulties? In this 3 session online parenting group, you will learn up-to-date and research-based information about: how to help your child with big feelings, including worries and fears, decreasing meltdowns, and emotional development.
