Hello! My name is Brianna Manton, I offer flexible hours, limited sliding scale sessions and I am an approved NIHB provider. Centre First Counselling was created to be a place for collaborative, accessible and trauma informed counselling.
I approach my practice by considering the whole person. My work is done through both a cognitive and somatic perspective. I achieve this through a variety of modalities based on our discussions together. It is my goal to provide sessions which not only allow for growth, but also create space for safety within the nervous system.
It can be challenging to reach out for counselling and it can be frustrating to shop around for the right counsellor. To make things easier, we offer a 15 minute free consultation for you to ask questions and for us to see if we are a good fit for you
