Group Therapy Book Club - CPTSD Focus
Learning about trauma and how to heal can be very exciting yet simultaneously overwhelming. My goal is to allow people to ask more detailed questions about the reading, share their emotions & feelings as they come up whilst reading & receive support in processing. This is an affordable onlien alternative to 1:1 counselling or closed group therapy. Wednesdays, 4-5pm (PDT) $10. Jump into the group any time as long as you are caught up on the reading for that session.

A support group for people with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). Learn more about what CPTSD is, how it manifests itself, how to heal from it, different healing strategies and to feel supported on your healing journey. Find & discover new resources to help you. Members share experiences & receive psycoeducation about CPTSD. Groups are a way for people with a common experiences to help each other & learn from each other & provide emotional and moral support. Feel included, supported, safe, comfortable and heard. Sessions are $5 & you can book 24 hours in advance on my website under the CPTSD Support tab.
