I am passionate in providing a safe and comfortable space for clients to feel listened too and understood. I work with children, adolescents and adults, who are experiencing a broad range of life challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship difficulties, interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and positive psychology.
