I only deliver individual sessions in a Telehealth format (unless an assessment is required). The reason I opted for a Telehealth only service was to allow responsive care during COVID-19 for clients whose symptoms were made worse by current circumstances.

We specialise in supporting the mental health of young people and their families from the ages of 0 - 25 years, that is, from the perinatal period right through to early adulthood. We pride ourselves on only working within this age group focusing on offering a wholistic and individualised approach to our patient’s care. We provide effective, evidence based assessment and treatment for anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, behavioural, neurodevelopmental, early childhood and eating issues.
